Every year some unknown person or persons decorate trees along a stretch of Highway 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) between US 183 and FM 2222. Whoever the anonymous person(s) is/are, it is something that appears to be uniquely Austin. After all, we have to keep Austin weird. Kevin Surbaugh shot this video on Dec. 4, 2010.
